VICI dial not dialing at correct ratio

I have 10 agents logged in and have the ratio dialing set to 10 to 1 and only 45 calls are being placed.
The percentage limit is not over the max. Any reason this is happening?

You have 10 agents logged in.

How many are usually available at a time? Can you do perhaps a screen shot?

Also add the
Code: Select all
TRUNK SHORT/FILL:     0 / 0

that is displayed on the top of the Realtime Display that shows ALL CAMPAIGNS (if more than one) campaigns.
