Running through 2 carriers. 1 has been tip top for years.
The new carrier with a similar configuration we have odd call clearing behavior.
The main thing we notice is for every call made there is a record in the vicidial_carrier_log. But some of the calls are missing in vicidial_log.
Using Lyra CPA we're able to hear the recordings and hear people answering the phones it detects voice/human but no call_log is created.
I'm unsure if an agent even receives the call. Agents complain that multiple calls appear in their conferences.
What could be going on with the new carrier that causes this?
Can someone point me in the direction of what to look for here?
