Why the Inbound Daily Report counts the TIMEOT calls as abandoned?
It don't occurs with Inbound Summary Hourly Report.
Names of the reports is not sufficient ... post the actual URL for each and note the columns in question. Good to post some actual output as well so we can actually see what you're talking about. You don't need to include the domain/IP of the actual server ... just the rest of the URL. Since you've compared/contrasted between two reports, be sure to post output from both and both urls so we can see the "difference" you're talking about.

Now: If those timeout calls are not abandoned ... what are they? (You do want them to show on those pages ... but what should they show as if not abandoned?)

There are not a column for they. Would be nice a column for they, but it's not priority. They should be counted in total calls, not should apperas as abandoned.
AST_CLOSERsummary_hourly.php is fine. AST_inbound_daily_report.php is not fine.
So if there isn't a column for them they should just show in the total but no explanation of how that number got there. Hm. Not sure I agree with that.
However: If the two reports do not agree with each other in calculation, I would consider that a bug. You should re-post this to the Issue Tracker with just that single day (the 27th) as your evidence that they do not agree with one another. Don't post the entire month when only one days has timeouts on it.
