Hi,
Some times the agents when receive a call they have echo problems with themselves or deals.
These are my settings:
1 asterisk/vicidial server (load average min 0.5 max 1)
1 database/web server (load average min 0.5 max 2)
iax2 trunks: gsm
agents with softphone eyebeam v1.5 in windows(sip, ulaw, echo canceller)
From where Can I solve the problem?
What could be the reason for this problem?
THANKS

Are these echo problems only happening through VICIDIAL calls or manual calls as well?

These echo problems are happening through VICIDIAL.
PD.
If you mean manual to internal calls (one extension with other without any conference room), yes there isn't echo problems.
THANKS

Vicidial calls go through meetme conferences unlike direct calls . Voice in meetme can be messed up under high load as it uses ztdummy as timer . Btw do you have a timing source other than ztdummy ? . Make a meetme conference and ask 5-6 agents to dial in it and check call quality ( for testing )
