Please post all options you selected when running vicibox-install!
and post all output vicibox-install because I suspect there might be more errors earlier in the execution.

I just took a look in /usr/local/bin/vicibox-install (build 120923-1118) and row 441 seams to be missing the ending ) in " VALUES ( ... ) "
try to add that directly after '$TELarchiveurl' so it looks like this:
'$TELarchiveurl');";
I will send a message to matt about this this bug

ViciBox v.4.0 Installer

The installer will ask questions based upon the role that this server is
to provide for the ViciBox Call Center Suite. You should have the database
and optionally archive servers setup prior to installing any other servers.
The installer will not run without there being a configured database! If this
server is to be the database then it must be installed before the archive server
Verify that all servers are connected to the same network and have connectivity
to each other before continuing. This installer will be destructive to the the
server if it is run.

Green? Really? LOL (I prefer "Code")

You can use any ftp server you wish. It does not need to be a "Vicidial" ftp server. Modify /etc/astguiclient.conf to suit your needs on each dialer sending calls.

but: You will want the ftp server files to land in a web directory for web access. And that web URL will need to be part of your /etc/astguiclient.conf file settings for ftp service.

by using a program called "nano".

nano /etc/astguiclient.conf

If unsure how to use nano:

man nano

Why do you want to modify the file?

Show command line output from an attempted outbound dial.

Does your carrier expect NXXNXXXXXX (10 digit us number) or 1NXXNXXXXXX (with a dial cod of 1 in front). If they expect the "1" you need to change "EXTEN:2" to "EXTEN:1" to leave the 1 in front of the dialed number (still removing the 9, which is merely the dial Prefix from the campaign, used to choose the carrier, which is why it is still discarded to avoid sending to the carrier as part of the phone).

Also: you should not use "_91.," you should use something more like "_91NXXNXXXXXX.," (US calls) or "_91XXXXXXXXXX" (10 digit calls preceded by 91).

Likely you did not wait the required 60 seconds before the login attempt or your leads did not upload properly or you have omitted them with campaign settings (call times, filter ...).

Also, you should have created a new post as this is not related to clustering. And be sure to post your system specs from now on (it helps get you valid responses, among other things). :)

Slow is subjective and could mean you have one agent and get one call every 8 minutes or you have 37 agents and they have to wait more than 8 seconds between calls.

Perhaps you could be more descriptive. LOL

It likely, however, relates to your Campaign settings. For instance: If your hopper is set at "1", the campaign will never be able to call more than 1 call per minute. If your dial ratio is set to "1", the system will dial one channel per agent (and if that one call does not answer, you'll wait for another call to generate while sitting there without a prospect).

So this could well be a simple training issue. :)

There is a script in /usr/share/astguiclient/ designed to transfer only SALE dispos to an FTP service. Look around and you'll find it. Execute with "--help" for options. It's designed to gather all sales daily for export.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) You omitted your "Globals string" and your dialplan was obviously not cut/pasted properly as it would not work with what you have posted.

4) Your description of "not working" is not particularly detailed. Perhaps you could post a CLI example of a "not working" call attempt?

I guess the "carrier" 203.X.X.X is your vicidialnow server (you should hide your ip and disable access from the internet to your servers)
Have you setup vicidialnow to act as a trunk?

enable sip debug and take a look at your config

Why don't you use the carrier you use on the vicidialnow server?

The ip is in your CLI output.

change the new server to use the same carrier as the old vicidialnow server uses

Try the other carrier and post the the output from the CLI,
see it you can catch the lines when it tries to register the carrier

Max ratio level is modified in Admin->System Settings.

There's a lot of other stuff in there, too. But only make ONE change at a time and be sure you didn't break anything after each change! 8-) (Not suggesting you'd break anything ... but ... LOL).
