Code: Select all
Got SIP response 503 "Carrier Service Unavailable" back from 38.102.250.60

Change carriers to test that the carrier is actually the problem (as stated in this code snippet of yours ...). If you don't have a second carrier to switch easily and test, you should smack your IT person (I say this because I *Know* you're the IT person, LOL) and go get a second carrier so you can test!

This is something that you would normally change the carrier on, test for 5 minutes and if the problem resolves itself you would call the "bad" carrier and complain. If not, then you can go to "ok, have to actually fix this" mode instead. LOL

While we're here: THREE carriers is recommended if there are paychecks on the line. Seriously.

We charge $25 to hook up a new carrier for you, and can recommend several with NO monthly fees. So ... testing becomes almost Free and shunting to another server simplistic. 8-)
