We provide support all over the world. Not in person of course. There is rarely a need to actually touch the server being serviced. The only time local IT support is required is for physical networking support. And any IT person worth a buck can handle that up to 125 agents (then you need a cleaner network, as a rule).
That being said: If you require in-person help you should be more specific about location. Admittedly UK is small compared to some countries ... but it's not THAT small, is it?
