Hi All,

This is my first post and I am new here so please be patient with me. I have read that i need to supply details in each post and i will post what I know however it is limited knowledge, sorry.

Server - core I7, 16 GIG of Ram 2x1 Terrabite hard drives.
Okay so the issue i have is when i try to download the call recordings I get this error.
Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403

Welcome to the party! I had the same issue when I setup my first vicibox here is the link to the threat that solved it for me viewtopic.php?f=4&t=30938 If you follow the steps you should have it fixed in a few minutes.

Always post your installation method, as this problem is installer related and the resolution is slightly different based on which installer you used.
