Limit level 8 admin display

I would like to utilize the Admin Lead Search as a coaching tool for agents. So they can search by 'appointment' and listen to all appointments, or 'sale' and listen to all sales. I can only seem to do an all-or-nothing access for the admin though. With level 7, they see only reports. Level 8 lets them see everything, but limits access to most. Is there a way to limit the menu's available? For example, make it so they can only see the menu for users, lists, and reports?

You can use the "user" modification to directly modify which items each user can access. You can also assign the user to a group for further limitation to items assigned to that group (and then, of course, go around the system assigning things to that group!). Be careful NOT to leave anyone except master users in the ADMIN group. Also be careful NOT to remove yourself from the ADMIN group. And do not modify the ADMIN group's privileges. In fact, be sure ALL EVERYTHING is allowed for the admin user group before you begin (to avoid locking yourself out!!).

Anything not available in those two methods is not yet built-in. Do note that creating a group of links will allow them to listen to the recordings (copy/paste the page of links) regardless of their credentials. Having the link directly to a recording gives permission to listen to it unless you have protected the folder itself with a password.

I have a user set to level 8, with only view reports, modify leads, and modify contacts turned on. It does limit access, but they can see still see some admin stuff as well. Including the carrier registration info. They can also see all the lists within the campaign, which I would prefer to remain hidden. It restricts the users shown as defined in the user group but their phone listings can be viewed

This is an interesting work-around... a page with only the links to the recordings for particular dispositions would be even better than what I'm trying to accomplish honestly. Could you elaborate a little more on how that could be done?
