In the list dispositions can some please explain the meaning of the following:

CALLBK
CBHOLD
N - NO ANSWER
NA - NO ANSWER AUTO DIAL

CALLBK - scheduled to be called back, and (if enabled in the campaign) the callback time has been triggered
CBHOLD - scheduled Callback has not yet been triggered
N - agent-coded customer not available
NA - Dialer coded, ring-no-answer, disconnect, invalid
