Delay before audio playback

Hi there!

I've just installed vicidial on a X86_64 machine with a TE405P quad span card with echo cancell and i have encountered a problem, when doing a broadcast using a sound recording there is a big gap between the moment the client answers the phone and the moment the playback is being done. I done this many times over with other systems and it works just fine.

By the way if I place the recording in an extension when i call from the PSTN the playback is fine, it starts right on time.


Any idea why this might be happening?

What is the load on the Asterisk server and DB server?

Version of Asterisk?
Version of astguiclient?

Can you post some Real Asterisk CLI output with AGIlogging set to BOTH when this happens?
