Hi everyone, great board! Been reading a lot and today decided to post or the first time.
I'm hoping someone can help me out. I tried to do a research on this but didn't find anything useful.
I have one caller on the specific campaign and what I'm trying to do is setup autodialer in such a way where if agent is incall then autodialer is inactive, but when caller becomes available I want autodialer to auto dial level that is specified in the campaign. If I set autodial level to 1, then it doesn't dial when caller is incall, however 1 is too slow and when agent becomes available it takes sometime over 1 minutes to get a new call.
