I am responsible for displaying certain realtime stats. Namely call count and talktime. I discovered there is a 'phantom' status' NULL that I must exclude in my queries to agree with what Vicidial Reports. I have no problem with that. However I am having problems getting the talktime to agree, Please look at a snapshot of my queriy of the same agent/day beside your totals. Why the discrepency between the talk times?

The discrepancy question I answered myself upon further examination of the 'user_stats.php' I determined vicidial was using vicidial_log instead of vicidial_agent_log. I mainly needed to find a way to make my custom real-time totals agree exactly with vicidial totals preventing me from having to explain to some astute individual with report privileges exactly why my totals differed. I am sure Matt could explain via his history lesson of Vicidial which some found riveting in Vici-School. Suffice it to say I am pleased to discover the way to avoid the need of the history lesson of the different logs and the how and why talk times differ and the cause of the NULL dispositions in the agent log.
