Agent is connected to two calls at a time

Postby syxteen » Fri Jun 06, 2014 2:27 pm

Everything was working fine until recently when the agent logs into vicidial there is a major delay in the incoming ring. When the call is answered we are able to hear the message saying "you're the only one in this conference", call as are being answered but after some time an agent gets connected to two calls at a time and the last call doesn'r hang up.

And it also say time synchronization error at times.

This is normally caused by a system load issue. I would imagine on the database.

Or your connectivity between the agent and server is intermittent. but majority cause of the problem is the load issue as geoff3dmg suggested. Check "top -c"
