Hide a Campaign on Report

Postby richardroi » Mon Jun 09, 2014 11:28 am

Hello...

Cannot find where to edit our Dialer settings. We have two Campaigns, is there a way to hide one campaign(and the agents on it) to the other when your extracting REPORT.?

Thank you.

Yes. Just define the ADMIN USER GROUP. Only admin account in that group can view the campaign, reports or even in vicidial admin page. However, you might want to make yourself full access first before doing that to others. So you don't accidentally block yourself out.
