Hi experts,
is possible to get the report of inbound call Abandoned numbers below 20 seconds and above 20 seconds.
example- am looking report like this
Calls Offered 994 1003
Calls Answered 883 802
Abandons 111 201
Abandon %>20Sec 5.8% 12.1%
Abandoned <20 Sec 53 80
Abandoned >20 Sec 58 121

There are some settings that you can change for any specific inbound group, like: Stats Percent of Calls Answered Within X seconds - This field allows you to set the number of hold seconds that the realtime stats display will use to calculate the percentage of answered calls that were answered within X number of seconds on hold.
you can see those settings un Administration -> Inbound -> Ingroup
