realizzazione IVR in outbound

I should create a system in outbound IVR, outbound calls with an automated voice that says the offer to the customer and at the end asks "enter 1 to acettare, 2 to reject, 3 bla bla bla" and every choice increments a field in the database .
I would like to know if it is possible to develop this thing, if so, please provide me a sample configuration. I installed the latest version of the vicibox 5.0.3. which has asterisk 1.8.

You might need to create a custom agi.
take a look of some agis located here: /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin
