Reset agent lockouts from failed logins.

Postby geoff3dmg » Tue Jun 17, 2014 4:51 am

I upgraded my production system to SVN r2128 over the weekend. As a result of this, my agents have successfully tested the new 'lockout on failed login attempts' feature! Either I'm blind or there isn't an option to unlock an agent from the Admin webpages. So I had to go into the vicidial_users table in the database and reset the 'failed_login_count' to zero manually. Is there an option somewhere I missed?

To reset their lockout, just go to the Modify User page for the user and click SUBMIT without making any changes. It is documented a couple times in the new manual.
