hang up button not visible in agent login page after the call. (for 1 user only)
all users are working fine, even i deleted and created again the particular user....

Try to login same agent using another computer or another broswer and let us know what happen

some addones are plugin in my firefox....just removed the firefox than reinstall problem has been solve...
