The agent stations are correct, the dialer is incorrect.
NTP is set; ntpq -p gives me the following: remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter

The Timezone is set properly on the workstations, but maybe not in the dialer, I do not know where to look for this. The GMT offset is set to -6, the dialer is in CST.
The workstations are all set to sync with the dialer, and when I force the sync, the stations sync to the correct time.
I think that when it was originally set up, the Timezone in the dialer may have been set wrong, but I do not know where to change that.
Changing the time in the bios works, the dialer admin page shows the change, but then it affects the workstations adversely.
