Issue : Call transfer to other ingroup and leave 3 way call

Hello,

I m having vicidial and working fine.
VERSION: 2.4-364a | Asterisk 1.4.44 | Single Server | No Extra Software After Installation | CentOS release 5.5

We are doing 3-way calling and then the agent used to leave the conference by clicking leave 3 way transfer. Every thing is working fine. But there is one issue.

Customer connected --> Click on Transfer --> Enter Number to dial --> Dial with customer --> When the call gets connected to other Agent-2 in other ingroup --> click on Leave 3-way call.

So, agent move to disposition page and Customer and the Agent-2 (of other ingroup) can be on call. Now the issue is if the customer hangup the call then on Agent-2's screen the call is not showing as HANGUP. It shows LIVE call only. The IAX2/ASTloop-xxxx channel is not getting hangup.

Any suggestion pls.
