(solved) Wrong password issue, but not the wrong password

[Aug 17 16:54:00] NOTICE[2200]: chan_sip.c:25988 handle_request_register: Registration from '<sip:500@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX;transport=UDP>' failed for '96.252.202.92:50763' - Wrong password
NOTICE[2200]: chan_sip.c:25988 handle_request_register: Registration from '<sip:500@192.168.0.200;transport=UDP>' failed for 'XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

I know this has to be something simple that i am overlooking.
The server is in a remote location. However all of that stuff is set up, Vicidial is finding the phone, but keeps rejecting it, saying wrong password, i checked passwords and even matched them up on "sip show users"
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the ip address, do not want to show them to the public

Sip show users input

Username Secret Accountcode Def.Context ACL Forcerport
500 xxxxxxx 500 default No Yes
(xxxx is not the password, but the password is correct here, in the VICIDial GUI and on the softphone

I have already did all the standard set ups

Methods i used so far is
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl
I have confirmed all my Yast and SIP settings, so i am now at a loss

This set up is
Vicibox 5.0.3/install method ISO/Asterisk 1.8.27.0/VERSION: 2.8-440a BUILD: 140521-2101/Dell Power EDGE 2950 Twin 3.0 Duel Core Xeon Processors/4 GIGs ECC RAM/Single Server/no other hardware

Ok, so it turns out that it had something to do with a password being wrong. My internet provider has port 5060 blocked, so i was able to do a simple change of SIP ports and everything works fine now
