We have two call servers (b & c).. fronters and closers login their phone into either on and are issued a session ID. Fronter gets a call and transfers to a closer. When closer gets the call (sometimes) they hear another agent/customer talking and the other agent/customer is hearing them.
My best guess:
- Fronter Joe is logged in to server b and issued session ID 8600071.
- Fronter Bob is logged into server c and also issued session ID 8600071.
- Closer Susie is logged into server c, as well.
- Fronter Joe gets a call and transfers the session to Closer Susie.
Now.. is Fronter Joe's 8600071 on server c where Fronter Bob's 8600071 session is, too? And therefore, Closer Susie has Fronter Joe's call and they can hear Fronter Bob and his call, as they are all on the same server in the same session??
If I am way off base here, any ideas how/why they would ever hear another agent's convo in the transferred session?
