Can i use some proxy or vpn in VICIDIAl

i want install kind of proxy that hide my actual location bcz i cant use go autodial in Pakistan as they have blocked 5060 and voice ports but on my windows computer when use vpn i can use voip also.
when i run some vpn it changes ip on my windows computer i can open all the things ,blocked in my country voice ports are blocked so i cant use voip but when i run vpn i can use it.
BUt its about windows , i want to do same with my vicidial but i dont know how to do that please help me
