Calls still ringing when passed to agent

Hello to all,

I am new to vicidial. After i installed vicidial from the latest vicibox issue Vicibox_v.6.0.x86_64-6.0.2.iso i have the following issue.

Somehow the server does not recognise when a call is answered, so it passes the call to the agent while still ringing. We do recieve answered calls as usual, but a roughly 30-40% calls are like this.

Dial method is ADAPT TAPERED, with 7% max drop rate.

Are you sure you carrier is not injecting extended ringing? Some cheap voip providers do this when you start to max out your accounts capacity or their capacity.
