PARK CALL By InGroup

I have a Inbound Campaign with 2 In-Groups, they must have differents MOH when the agent set PARK CALL, how could i do that?, in setting the campaign in "Park Music-on-Hold” can i only add a MOH for the entire campaign?

Did you tried to setup the MOH under the ingroup options instead of in the camaign ?

I am not sure if that configuration affect the Park Call Button, but you should try

I could check it, but it did not work , those options are for the MOH in line.
Eventually I made it making some changes from the DIAL PLAN.
