HaProxy settings

Postby Iz3k34l » Wed Nov 26, 2014 11:25 am

I have HaProxy setup and for the most part working. I have one server providing the proxy service, and 2 web servers. The problem i am having is that agents are being put on pause and are also getting multiple calls in their conference. So each time the page refreshes it moves to a new server which is why i believe these problems are occurring, my question is how did others overcome this, what were your settings either in Vici directly or setting in HaProxy that helped. Thanks

How many agents do you have on your cluster?

If you have less than 200 agents you don't really need more than one webserver, you just need to use the proper Apache settings.

I have no idea, we don't use HAProxy at all. We use Apache's mod_proxy for web load balancing, and we have no problems with 500+ agents on a 4-server web cluster.

One thing you should check is that they are all ntp time syncing to the same source.
