Agent alert not played if on different server in LB inbound

Stock ViciBox 6.0.1 cluster- 4 diallers, 1 web, 1 DB, SVN 2173.

It seems agent alert file is not played on inbound calls if agent is not on the server receiving the call.
There is no sign of the default ding.gsm on asterisk CLI when this (not) happens.
If the same agents logs on the server receiving the inbound call, everything works as expected.

Table vicidial_manager seems to have quite a lot of entries like these, if it matters, 192.168.200.22 is the server where most of the inbound calls land, there are some entries with that IP as well, not posting all of them:

Any hints where to look at?

Digging deeper, the sound plays on one more server- 192.168.200.21, and not on .23 and .24.

Ding.gsm is there, permissions are the same along the way.
Any hints what else this might be?

It turned out to be a too wide diaplan, narrowing it down for UK format fixed the ding issue as well.
