I am looking for an answer about using Report Server. I am not quite sure what the use of Report Server? Will it reduce load on main DB? Please help

Sounds like you are talking about a slave database server to run reports off of. Yes, it will reduce the load on your master DB server, especially if you run a lot of reports or very db-intensive reports.

Actually the problem we are having is that agents are gettings late informations while there autodialing mode. So when i check mysql processlist using mysql workbeanch i can see its only hopper table which is getting updated as well as reporting queries. Therefore i like to explore Report Server option given in astguiclient.conf file.
