I just want to know is there any impect running /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper.pl on two or more dialer servers on a multi Server Cluster enviroment. Please share your thoughts.

Yes, don't do it. It can lead to dialing the same leads multiple times in a row.

Run the hopper script in the crontab of only one server on your cluster.
