I am having problems where calls are dropping in on an outbound campaign while the agent is already speaking with another customer.
I am using a very old version of ViciDial, we will be migrating to the latest ViciBox 6.0.2 release at the end of the year, but I need to try and resolve this issue.

MySQL Spec: 24 core AMD system with 120GB of RAM - CPU load average: 0.23, 0.12, 0.09
10 ViciDial telephony servers (let me know if you need the specs).
All phones are configured as external and do not register directly to the telephony server.
ViciDial -> Admin -> Conferences show a range between 8600001 and 8600049 for each telephony server, but duplicated i.e. Conference: 8600001, Server IP: 192.168.10.13 and then another same entry below it.
I haven't been able to spot any duplicates under Admin -> Conferences -> Show VICIDIAL Conferences, however the conference range is different, starting from 8600051 with last entry 8600299.
Could this be an issue? How safe is it to delete the duplicated entries?
