I know this is a simple answer and I just keep over looking it.
Manual tells me to use phone i have connected to server . to use easy prompt - dial 8168 the 4321#
The phone that i am suppost to use it my question am i suppose to use my softphone that my agents use to make calls - or maybe a remote user .
I swear I did this in the past and the system called me

I figured it out . Use my softphone - register - then dial 8168 then pin
