How to change voicemail's emailbody permanently

Voicemail.conf is autogenerated by Vicidial. So, how can I to change emailbody permanently?

Vicidial should be preserving anything you edit above the [zonemessages] tag in the /etc/asterisk/voicemail.conf file, even when it regenerates the file after a change to voicemail boxes.
