First in Real Time Report it show 89 Calls being Place and 89 Calls ringing, but no agents are logged in. If I go to the telephone servers and check channels it show 0 channels. If I reboot the SQL server the report shows empty and basically clears the calls.
Second when I have agents logged in and taking calls, many times thru out the day agents will be waiting for calls and then in Real Time Report it will show 45 agents logged in, 14 agents in calls, 25 agents waiting.
The problem is it will then say 10 calls waiting for agents and it will of course show the "calls waiting"
Why does this happen and / or how can I fix it.
