How can i accomplish progressive dial configuration while creating a campaign??

Could you explain in detail exactly what "progressive dial" means to you?

A progressive dialler removes the option of when the next call is made from our agent. On completing the previous call (or moving from “Wrap-up” to “Go ready”) the system automatically dials the next number on the list.

There are several ways to accomplish that in Vicidial. The easiest way is to use a MANUAL dial campaign with hotkeys.
