unable to change agent campaign

hello,

I have few active campaigns and one user that relogins to one which she should not login, as I work remotely I wanted to change her current campaign but the button on User Status screen is disabled even though that I as Admin have all rights set as "1" in my user settings tab.

The campaign that an agent is logged in to cannot be changed while they are logged in. They must log out to change campaigns.

The function on the user status page has been disabled because of the many problems it caused when used.

ok, I understand this, I will emergency logout this user until he learns what she is supposed to log into
