Additional Status in Team Performance

So we have recently upgraded to the new vici and not that its all set up and running. i need to add an additional status to my "Show Additional Statuses" on my team performance detail. I need to add a 2SALE status. but i cannot figure out where to put it in there at. i have the status set up for the disposition and is working. just cant pull it up on TPD

If the status is in the "System Statuses" or the campaign "Statuses" lists, it should be showing up among the other status in that multi-select field. Would you mind answering a few questions for me?

What version/build are you running?
Where is the status listed in your system (system or campaign specific)?
What catagory and flags do you have set?
