TOTAL ACTIVE AGENT TIME & Total Login time

I am having some trouble here acounting for how much time the agents have worked. Total Active agent time and Total login time for a agent is not matching

Agent login from 09:37:32 am to 19:01:36 pm, total agent login is 9:24:04.

But agent Time sheet shows TOTAL ACTIVE AGENT TIME: 11:01:33

TALK TIME: 14:08 AVERAGE: 0:02
PAUSE TIME: 6:53:41 AVERAGE: 0:57
WAIT TIME: 3:50:18 AVERAGE: 0:32
WRAPUP TIME: 3:26 AVERAGE: 0:00

TOTAL ACTIVE AGENT TIME: 11:01:33

FIRST LOGIN: 2015-04-20 09:37:32
LAST LOG ACTIVITY: 2015-04-20 19:01:36

Please let me know why this 2 reports are not matching.
