64bit Suse Monitor Problem

Hi there
i am facing a problem with the monitoring of calls.
everything is setup properly and if i click listen(on the report page) next to the agents name i get a success message but no incoming call.
i have read on other posts that we need to install a lib-i386 module and ip_relays must be running but i cant seem to find that module on the internet so i can download it!

my dist.
Vicibox 6 running on suse.

maybe someone can post the repo that this module is available?(cause a lot of people are facing the same problem)

Ok for anyone having the same problem!

Be sure that under Admin>>>Server>>>Asterisk Version is the correct one.
On my case i had everything setup correctly (ip_relays running and iax modules registered) but two things where missing,one the dialplan of the monitor was wrong and secondly for some reason the server was using asterisk 1.4 as soon as i updated that (informed the system to use 1. and remade my confs files everything worked!
