Fake Wait time issue in vicidial

Hi,

I have installed single server with 5 seats goautodial 2.0 . (VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015 ).

All is working fine but we are not happy with reports and agents are doing some fraud activities and we dont know how to solve it.

for example,
Process for Availing Fake Wait Time:
If Agent will open one dialer page (agent web page) for log in and at the same time if agent open dialer and log in second dialer( agent page) in new Tab in same browser .First dialer page will show the error "Your Session has been Paused "
Agent status will go on Fake Wait time and will show pause time in live real time reports dial stats of agent, by doing this agent pause time did not increase, his wait time increase. by doing this fraud he save himself to get calls.

How we can restrict an agent can make only 1 session with anyone SIP ID. not more then one session at a time.

The version you are using is over 5 years old. I would strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version to fix this problem and hundreds of other bugs that have been fixed since then.
