In manual dialing mode transfer button disabled

Postby cr333d » Mon Jun 15, 2015 2:28 pm

We did a scratch install, no sync problems.
We are able to dial outbound and make transfers in ratio mode.
When we switch to the manual mode the transfer conf is disabled. We checked all settings and we cannot find a solution to the problem.
Thank you,

If you did a scratch install, you should post a link to the installation instructions. If the board won't let you post a link, just add spaces around all the dots and leave off the http:// part. This is often helpful to link those with similar problems.

You said you "checked all settings", but did not post any of the settings. So I'm skeptical ... please post the settings you believe relevant.

You should also post an asterisk CLI sample of a Working call and a NONWorking call. Not 3000 lines of code, not "production" with a lot of extraneous information: Just two controlled examples with nothing else going on. Often this helps to resolve the issue before you even finish posting it ...

Note that "manual dial" often passes through a different carrier and/or dialplan entry. It's also useful to know what buttons you pushed during the manual dial: If you pushed the "dial override" for instance, it's likely that's what broke it (don't push the override button ... LOL).
