Congestion Noitce with call connected

Wanted to see if anyone else has seen this or knows about it before jumping over to the tracker and posting it. I had an agent today make a call and get a congestion failed call notice. The vicidial.php page showed hung up but the call actually went through and the agent talked to the person then disposed the call. I wasn't in the CLI so I didn't get to see any of that data. The odd part is that it showed hung up when the agent was talking to the person. Anyone else seen this or know why it happens? Or is this something I should go add to the tracker.

1) "upgraded to 13.1"? I strongly suggest that any form of OS upgrade should have been accomplished by a reinstall with a fresh Vicibox .iso (and of course a DB backup/restore). This will ensure all packages after perfect after the fresh reinstall, which COULD be the problem from one tiny arcane problem that could only happen based on your upgrade path.

2) "VERSION: 2.10"? You should look at upgrading to the latest Vicidial version before attempting any resolution.

3) Asterisk CLI output is usually also available in /var/log/asterisk/messages. Perhaps you should have a look.

4) If you're saying this only happened ONCE, I would avoid trying to resolve it. Often things like this can be caused by circumstances impossible to reproduce. That being said: Upgrading is never a bad idea in Vicidial! LOL

It would be a serious shame to spend a bunch of time on a problem related to an odd upgrade path or an old version, when having the latest-greatest would solve the issue because someone else solved it already. LOL
