You do not have permission to view this page

Hello Friends, I just logged on as level 9 admin user on webpage of Vicidial and I changed the provisory admin password, but I didn´t enable from 0 to 1 on ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS, so I can log in properly, but when I move into the page the vicidial shows me "You do not have permission to view this page".
How can I log in and to enable from 0 to 1 on ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS again ?

Log in as 6666 (or another user with level 9 access) who can edit this other user and make those changes.

Or modify this user in phpMyAdmin directly in the database. Be careful, though, and be sure you know what you changed so you can change it back.

This is also a good time to mention getting a good BACKUP of the database.
