Hold times and call notes via API

Hi all -

I've looked through the non-agent API, but can't seem to find a way to pull this data. Is there any way to pull reporting data for in-groups (including AHT, Max hold, call times, and per call notes) via API, rather than directly tying into the MySQL server?

Not currently. Although you can do a direct HTTP POST to the export_calls_report.php script to automatically get that data you are looking for.
