Status of calls :
All successful calls can be placed a disposition status but for the unsuccessful calls, the system automatically assign the status.
How should we handle this? And how to know the number of the unsuccessful calls and their corresponding status?

You're going to have to define in more detail exactly what "unsuccessful calls" means.
