Hi all,

All my recordings are not complete.

I've set the Campaign recordings in ALLFORCE mode, but a call lasting 4016 second is doing 153 sec while listening.
This is for all calls done.

Can you please tell me what is the matter.

Many thanks to you all for

Under Admin > Servers there is a Recording Limit option:
Recording Limit -This field is where you set the maximum number of minutes that a call recording initiated by the system can be. Default is 60 minutes. This setting also limits the amount of time a 3-way call that has been left by an agent will stay up before it is terminated.

With the default settings only about 7 minutes of your 4016 second call would go unrecorded and 153 seconds seems a bit random but check there first.

The caller and agent part of the call are merged together after the call is complete so the next thing to check would be job that does this...maybe some other job is preventing it from completing?

Try changing codec (ULAW,G729, ALAW)
Also, try changing voip provider
