Hello, I want to know is there a way to upgrade this version VERSION: 2.6-395a - BUILD: 130221-1736 to the new Version: 2.11rc1 Astguiclient
If yes how to make it without losing any data?

Yes, there is. You have to read the UPGRADE document and go through all of the steps from the 2.6 version through to the version you want to upgrade to.
