Vicidial Filter Function

Hello guys quick question on how i tell vicidial to filter out specific cities from being dialed.

For example if i wanted the dialer to not call cities like union city,Jersey city,west new york
How would i insert this in the filter template? Any help is appreciated.

Hello Gary,

Go Filters -> Add new Filter

input:
city not in ('union city','Jersey city','west new york')
Then go to campaign details and apply the filter.
