Hello there.
I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my problem.
I have agents who are experiencing live calls but the clients are not answering / agents can't hear the client or maybe the calls are not connected at all? I don't know if I can call this one way audio. We are using manual dial. I ask them to dial again the number and sometimes it connects (VM or Client Answered). Kindly help. Thanks!
Troubleshooting done:
Restarted asterisk
Restarted Network services
Changed DNS Server
Restarted server
Vicidial version is VERSION: 2.6-395a BUILD: 130221-1736 and our Asterisk version is 1.4.44-vici build 13
