Calls being dialed & reps Pausing

We are expereincing a huge call volume and the calls are not connecting to the reps. Reps are being paused before the calls connect and calls are being dropped .
We have attempted to call the office with no one on Vici side answering . I have left several msgs and NO return calls. Cld you please suggest some sort of fix for my end or a method in which Id be able to walk thru the correction myself.
